the life she love
after divorce
A 5-Month Journey Back to Yourself
Life After Divorce is a small, intimate group program for women navigating divorce, separation, or the ending of a significant relationship.
Over five months, we move from understanding the emotional earthquake of separation to reconnecting with your identity, body, intuition and desires—and then toward practically rebuilding the life you want to live.
This is not only about healing from what happened.
It is about discovering who you are becoming.

The Marriage Ended.
But what happens to you now?
Are you feeling numb after your divorce or separation?
Are you exhausted, but struggling to sleep?
Do you wake up wondering, “What will my life look like from now on?”
Do you feel like everyone expects you to move on, while inside you are still trying to understand what happened?
Have you lost confidence in yourself and your decisions?
Are you questioning who you are outside the relationship?
Are you carrying fear about money, your children, your future, or being alone?
Do you miss the woman you used to be—or perhaps realize you don’t even know who she is anymore?
You don’t have to have all the answers right now.

Where Are You Right Now?
Divorce does not only end a relationship.
It can shake many parts of life at once:
Identity. Body. Family. Money. Home. Love. Belonging. Future.
You may feel strong one day and completely lost the next.
You may have been the person who chose the divorce and still find yourself grieving.
You may know the relationship needed to end and still miss parts of it.
You may feel relief, anger, freedom, guilt, fear and excitement—sometimes all in the same week.
This program gives you a structured space to understand what you are experiencing and begin consciously creating what comes next.

The Journey

01 — UNDERSTAND
The Emotional Earthquake
Understand what divorce has disrupted emotionally, physically and practically.
We explore your emotional landscape, relationship patterns, unfinished stories, boundaries, needs and the parts of yourself that may have been lost inside the relationship.
02 — RECONNECT
Meet Yourself Again
Who are you when you are no longer defined by the relationship?
Through Jungian psychology, symbolism, storytelling, body awareness and practical exercises, we explore identity, roles, intuition, values, femininity, sexuality, wellbeing, desires and your relationship with yourself.
You begin separating:
Who I had to be → Who I learned to be → Who I actually am → Who I want to become.
03 — REBUILD
Create a Life That Belongs to You
Healing eventually needs to meet real life.
Together, we begin turning awareness into decisions and action.
We explore:
You will begin creating a practical roadmap for the woman and the life you want to grow into.
Stories Become Mirrors
Throughout our journey, we will work with the wisdom of old tales including Bluebeard, Vasilisa and The Handless Maiden.
We won’t simply analyse these stories.
We will use their characters, symbols and archetypes as mirrors to explore your own patterns, intuition, relationships, choices and transformation.
Sometimes a story allows us to see something about ourselves that advice never could.

This Is Also
About Your Body
Divorce doesn’t happen only in the mind.
The body can carry stress, exhaustion, fear, disconnection and years of putting yourself last.
That is why our work includes practices that help you reconnect with your body, sensations, instincts, strength and wellbeing.
We will also welcome guest experts to explore important areas of women’s lives, including sacred sexuality, nutrition and wellbeing.
By The End Of
Our Five Months
My intention is that you leave with more than insight.
You will have explored and developed your own:

This Program
May Be For You If…
You are divorced, separated, or moving through the ending of a significant relationship.
You are functioning—but inside, you know something needs attention.
You are tired of only talking about your ex and want to bring the focus back to you.
You want to understand your patterns without living permanently inside the past.
You are ready to take responsibility for what comes next.
And somewhere inside you, even if it is still very quiet, you know:
There is more life waiting for me.

This Is Not About
Becoming The Woman You Were Before
Maybe she did everything she could with what she knew then.
This chapter is an opportunity to meet someone new.
You.
Not only as a wife, ex-wife, mother, daughter, partner or caretaker.
But as a woman with her own body, voice, desires, values, creativity, money, relationships, dreams and future.
Your Guide
Zahra Gozal
I am an academic psychologist, ICF-accredited Jungian Transformational Coach and Emotional Bodywork Practitioner.
My work brings together psychology, Jungian coaching, symbolism and archetypes, the wisdom of old tales, body awareness and practical life design.
But this program is also deeply personal to me.
I know what it means to leave a long marriage and discover that divorce is not simply the ending of a relationship. It can become a confrontation with identity, belonging, motherhood, culture, finances, relationships—and the question:
“Who am I now?”
Life After Divorce grew from my professional work, research, conversations with women and my own lived experience of rebuilding.
Five Months.
One Question.
What could your life look like if you stopped building it around what ended—and started building it around who you are becoming?
This will be a small and intimate group so that there is space to be seen, heard, challenged, supported—and to have some fun along the way.
And most importantly, expect to participate in creating your next chapter.
Life After Divorce
Reclaim your identity. Restore self-trust. Reconnect with your body. Build financial confidence. Create what comes next.
