I am Zahra, an ICF-accredited Coach, a guide through symbols, circles and stories.
My work lives at the meeting point of psychology, body wisdom, and myth, where symbols speak and the body remembers.
Releasing, Awakening, Reclaiming
The body remembers long before the mind can explain. Tight shoulders, aching backs, restless sleep, or shallow breath often carry the weight of experiences. At a primal level, our reptilian brain responds with instinctive patterns, such as tensing, holding and protecting. By gently or sometimes as it speaks, working with meridians and energy pressure points, the body is invited to move out of survival mode and into balance.
Energy flows through us like rivers, carried by the meridians, pulsing through secret channels woven into our very structure. But when life weighs us down and when emotions are suppressed, when fear grips the gut, when grief clings to the lungs, then these currents become blocked. Stagnation sets in.
About Session
Each session is a gentle yet profound journey into the connection between body and mind.
* The first session ( 70-80 minutes) allows time to understand background, physical concerns, emotions and unique patterns.
* Following sessions ( around 60 minutes) support deeper release and integration.
This is a clothes-on procedure, so I recommend wearing comfortable clothing without buttons and arriving with a light stomach.

Awakening the Story Within
We are all living stories, woven from the fabric of time, shaped by the echoes of the past and the dreams of the future. Art Therapy With Mandala
Mandala is more than just a pattern. It is a mirror, a gateway, a sacred map of the self. Every line, every curve, every shape holds a message from the unconscious, guiding us toward balance, clarity, and deeper self-connection.
In my Mandala Workshops, we don’t just create; we reflect, we release, we realign. The act of drawing a mandala is a meditation in motion, a dialogue between the hands and the soul. With every stroke, we unravel hidden emotions, bring unconscious patterns into awareness, and gently weave ourselves back into harmony.
The mandala offers a safe space to explore and to witness the chaos and find the rhythm within it. It helps us see the bigger picture, to move beyond scattered thoughts and emotions, and to feel the unity in all things. It is a process of bringing order to disorder, of integrating what has been fragmented, of finding stillness in movement.

Each gathering is a profound exploration, utilising storytelling, Jungian analysis, creative expression, and embodied practices to reconnect with the lost aspects of ourselves. We meet the archetypes that live within us, such as the Wild One, the Healer, the Truth-Teller, and the Soulful Creator, so that we can listen to their messages.
This is a journey of remembering of stepping beyond fear, guilt, and restraint and reclaiming the intuitive power, deep knowing, and primal energy that have always been ours.
