A Journey into the Depths of Human Soul

January 24, 2025 | Human Soul

I often say that my work is not something I chose, but something that chose me. From a young age, life invited me to search for meaning, to question, and to feel deeply. I was born into a culture where being a girl came with challenges, restrictions, and expectations. Yet those very moments of silence, bending my body to hide, or swallowing my words became seeds that later blossomed into my purpose: to help others find their authentic voice, body, and truth.

Over the years, I have walked many paths, including psychology, spirituality, coaching, bodywork, storytelling, and the symbolic language of art. What I have learned is simple yet profound: healing is not about fixing what is broken, because we are not broken. Healing is about remembering, reconnecting, and allowing ourselves to live with courage and compassion.

My work today brings together the threads of Jungian psychology, Emotional Bodywork, mandala therapy, and the wisdom of folktales and archetypes. I see every human as a story written not only in words but also in the body, in the bones, in the energy that flows or gets stuck.

  • Emotional Bodywork: This is my signature work. A practice rooted in thousands of years of knowledge from Chinese medicine and Anma Ampuku techniques, infused with my Jungian background. Through touch, pressure points, and presence, I guide the body into dialogue with itself. The body remembers, releases, and transforms.
  • Mandala Therapy: Circles have always spoken to me. The first mandala I drew was during a solitude retreat in the jungle — I didn’t know why I was drawing, but when I looked at it, I saw my lifeline and choices appear in mystical patterns. Since then, I’ve guided countless people in discovering their inner world through lines, colours, and circles.
  • Storytelling and Archetypes: Tales like The Seal Woman, Skeleton Woman, or Bluebeard are not just stories. They are mirrors. They hold the keys to our fears, desires, shadows, and potential. In my group workshops, I bring these stories to life and connect them to our personal journeys, allowing us to see ourselves more clearly.

Life has given me the blessing of being a mother of three boys, and this role continues to teach me every day about patience, freedom, and the importance of nurturing without caging. My children remind me that authenticity is contagious when we live aligned, and others around us find the courage to do the same.

I live and work in Dubai, a city where cultures meet and stories intertwine. From my practice at wellness centres to retreats in the mountains of Azerbaijan or the jungles of Peru, my mission is the same: to create spaces where people feel safe to release, rediscover, and realign.

This is more than therapy or coaching. It is a way of being a way of honouring the body, the unconscious, and the soul.

If you feel called, I invite you to step into this journey with me. Whether through a private session, a mandala circle, a Leela game gathering, or one of my retreats, I promise to hold your story with respect, compassion, and presence.

Because transformation is not an instant miracle, it is a process, a dialogue, a remembering. And sometimes, all it takes is a circle, a touch, or a story to begin.
