Emotion in Motion Bodywork
Releasing, Awakening, Reclaiming
The body speaks in a language older than words, through tension, breath, and the silent echoes of memories stored deep within our muscles and bones. Modern research confirms what ancient traditions have always known: the body carries unresolved experiences, and when unexpressed, they manifest pain, fatigue or disconnection.
Energy flows through us like rivers, carried by the meridians, pulsing through secret channels woven into our very structure. But when life weighs us down and when emotions are suppressed, when fear grips the gut, when grief clings to the lungs, these currents become blocked. Stagnation sets in. The fire within dims, the wind of movement stills, the water of emotions becomes heavy, and the earth of our being feels stuck. We lose our natural rhythm. We disconnect.
Emotional bodywork is the art of repositioning the self; physically, energetically, and emotionally. It is about finding where energy is stuck and inviting it to move again. Through deep touch, breath, and awareness, we release what the body has held for too long. We awaken the elements within, such as fire to ignite passion, air to bring clarity, water to restore flow, and earth to ground us into presence.
In my work, I integrate Anma Ampuku, the ancient Japanese practice of abdominal massage, and Chinese Medicine Methods to access the deep emotional imprints stored in the Hara, which is the body’s energetic centre. The belly is our core, our second brain, where intuition, memory, and suppressed emotions reside. Through this method, we unlock tension, restore balance in the organs, and reconnect with our primal essence.
This is not about fixing. It is about allowing. It is about surrendering to the wisdom of your own body, moving with its rhythms instead of against them. When we release, we awaken. When we awaken, we reclaim.
I work closely with the spine and the nervous system that surrounds the boyd, its central channel of communication. Sometimes the touch is gentle, other times deeper, depending on the language and needs of each unique body. There is no single method that fits all, because each person carries a different story, perspective, and rhythm.
Your body holds your story, your truth, your essence. And in the movement, in the breath, in the deep trust of this work, that you remember who you are.
At the beginning of every session, I take time to understand the individual, their background, emotions and even archetypal patterns shaping their life. In neuroscience, we know that the nervous system is shaped by past experiences: chronic stress can keep it locked in patterns of defence. When the nervous system calms, particularly through the activation of the Qi points, the circulation improves, tension eases, and the body begins to recognise itself. This is the essence of my work, and at that moment, a choice arises: to follow the intuition into new pathways of balance or to return to familiar habits.
With compassion as the guide, the body naturally leans toward harmony, and movement toward healing begins. Within a space of respect, free of judgment, the body feels safe enough to release what it has held.
About the Sessions

First Session
Your first session lasts 70–80 minutes. This gives us time to connect, understand your background, physical concerns, emotions, and the unique patterns shaping your life. It’s an essential step in creating a safe and supportive space tailored to you.

Following Sessions
Subsequent sessions are generally 60 minutes. Each session builds on the previous one, allowing your body and nervous system to open gradually and integrate the process more deeply.

Practical Guidelines
Sessions are a clothes-on procedure. Please wear comfortable clothing without buttons—a simple t-shirt and pants work best. Come with a light (non-full) stomach to support your comfort during the session.

Preparing Yourself
For an authentic and transformative experience, I encourage you to arrive with an open heart and mind. Trusting both yourself and the process creates the conditions for healing, clarity, and renewal.
I am here to hold the space for that remembering.
To be the fire that warms, the wind that stirs, the wave that carries, and the earth that supports. Let’s move together.
Let’s breathe. Let’s release.
