In the ancient wisdom of Leela, life is seen as divine play—an ever-unfolding journey of exploration, transformation, and deep self-discovery. When we stop resisting and start playing, we begin to see life as it truly is: fluid, dynamic, and full of meaning hidden within movement.

In my Leela Workshops, we step into this sacred playfulness—not as an escape, but as a way to awaken. Through symbolism, movement, storytelling, and creative expression, we explore the roles we unconsciously play, the illusions we hold onto, and the patterns that shape our reality.

We shift, we flow, we experiment—allowing ourselves to move beyond the limitations of the mind and into the wisdom of the body and soul. The game is not about winning; it is about seeing. Seeing ourselves, our stories, our unconscious choices, and the invisible forces at play in our lives.

Through intuitive exploration, archetypal awareness, and embodied practices, we loosen the grip of control and reconnect with the deeper rhythm of existence. We learn to move with life rather than against it, to embrace the unknown with curiosity instead of fear, and to step fully into the present moment as both the player and the observer.

Leela is a practice, a meditation, a revelation. It reminds us that transformation is not about struggle—it is about presence, participation, and the courage to dance with what is.

A minute after our session one of the member of organisation time from Expressive art therapy conference sand me the message: one participant can’t come to the conference, would you like to the workshop instead of him. Most healer’s touch the surface but don’t reach the roots, and this is where the actual transformation has to happen. What makes Zahra remarkable is her ability to reach the roots and trigger healing. I walked into the session not knowing what to expect but walked out amazed by the depth of the insight and change, and to my surprise I started noticing many things getting unblocked in my life right after the session, things we didn’t even talk about during the session, the change was almost instantaneous.
