Emotional Bodywork Therapy
*Balancing Body and Mind: At its core, Anma-Ampuku seeks to harmonize the body and mind. By working with the body's energy meridians, pressure points, and breath, this technique aims to restore equilibrium, alleviating physical discomfort and calming the mind.
*Release of Tension and Blockages: Focusing on the abdominal area, where tension and energy blockages often accumulate. Through skilful manipulation, gentle pressure, and rhythmic movements, I help release these blockages, promoting improved circulation and digestion.

By working with Jungian concepts, clients can tap into their inner wisdom, navigate life transitions, and find their unique purpose and path.
By combining Jungian transformational coaching and emotional bodywork, Zahra's approach provides a comprehensive framework for personal growth and healing. It acknowledges the deep interplay between the psyche and the body, recognizing that emotional and psychological well-being are interconnected. Clients can gain a deeper understanding of their inner world, heal emotional wounds, and align their mental and physical selves for a more balanced and aligned life journey.
Unveiling the Wisdom of Folktales
Folktales are ancient treasures passed down through generations, evoking a timeless “once upon a time” feeling within us. These tales, born from the collective consciousness, reconnect us with our creative and expansive nature. By analyzing these stories through an archetypal lens and connecting with their symbols, we can tap into our inner wisdom and gain profound insights into our lives.
The workshops go beyond merely telling stories; breaking them down, connecting intellectual understanding with emotional depth. Each tale carries a unique essence, like the Skeleton Woman, which explores the dynamic interplay of Anima and Animus, the feminine and masculine energies that shape our relationships. The tale of Bluebeard awakens the masculine energy, inspiring action upon our desires. The Maiden with No Hands reveals a hero’s journey of truth and identity. These stories, along with others, introduce us to timeless wisdom, often personified as evil figures, witches, or nurturing mothers.
The core of these workshops is to apply these lessons pragmatically, creating an empowering circle through reflective practices. Folktales delve deep into the psyche, reviving what feels dead inside us and releasing what no longer serves us. We open our circle with prayers and meditations, guiding these ancient teachings to heal each individual.
A strong, supportive circle is essential, fostering a safe and secure environment where participants feel free to express their insights. This nurturing space activates the healer archetype within us, releasing mental tension and connecting us with the infinite potential that lies within.
Mandala- A Journey of Self-discovery and Creativity
Mandala workshops are crafted around the archetypal understanding of life. As participants engage in guided meditations, the creative archetype is activated, leading them through the step-by-step process of drawing mandalas. This ancient art form serves as a meditation practice, connecting symbolic interpretations of personal experiences.
During the workshop, we incorporate the stages of the hero’s quest into various activities and interpretations of drawings. Participants not only learn to create their own mandalas but also gain a deeper understanding of life through patterns, motifs, and circles. Just as everything begins with a single point and expands in circles, our lives progress in similar patterns.
The way we approach mandala drawing reflects how we treat ourselves—sometimes with patience, sometimes with haste. The goal is to recognize our inner potential within a supportive, empowering circle, embracing acknowledgment without judgment, but with love, compassion, and mercy.
Participants often uncover hidden gems within themselves, finding what they have been seeking. Witnessing these moments of revelation is a profound blessing and brings healing energy to all involved.
Join us to explore your inner world and connect with the timeless art of mandala drawing.
Leela
The Game of Knowledge
Leela, “ The Game of Knowledge" is a concept in Hindu philosophy and spirituality. In this context, "Leela" means divine play or the cosmic game that represents the playful and creative aspect of the divine. It's the idea that the universe is not just a serious or mechanical place but also a place of joy, spontaneity, and creativity.
In Hinduism, particularly in the Bhakti and Advaita Vedanta traditions, the concept of Leela is often associated with the belief that the supreme reality, often referred to as God or the Divine, manifests the world as a playful and creative expression of itself. This divine play is seen as a way for the Divine to experience itself through various forms and interactions.
Leela is a reminder that life should not be taken too seriously and that we should approach it with a sense of wonder and joy. It encourages individuals to embrace the ups and downs of life as part of the grand cosmic play and to seek spiritual realization and contentment through understanding and participating in this divine game of existence.
