Women Who Run with the Wolves
Reclaiming the Wild Feminine
Deep within every woman lives an untamed force—instinctual, intuitive, fierce, and wise. It is the voice that calls us back to ourselves, to our raw essence, to the rhythm of our own soul. But over time, this voice is silenced, buried beneath conditioning, expectations, and the weight of stories that were never truly ours.
In my Women Who Run with the Wolves Workshop, we dive into the sacred stories and timeless wisdom woven into the pages of Women Who Run with the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés. Through myth, metaphor, and movement, we awaken the Wild Woman within—the part of us that knows, feels, creates, destroys, and regenerates.
Each gathering is a deep exploration, using storytelling, jungian analysis, creative expression, and embodied practices to reconnect with the lost pieces of ourselves. We meet the archetypes that live within us—the Wild One, the Healer, the Truth-Teller, the Soulful Creator—and we listen to their messages.
This is a journey of remembering—of stepping beyond fear, guilt, and restraint and reclaiming the intuitive power, deep knowing, and primal energy that have always been ours.
We run not away, but toward.
Toward our truth.
Toward our instincts.
Toward the untamed life waiting within us.
Join me in this sacred circle, where we shed, release, and rise, where stories guide us home, and where the Wild Woman is no longer lost—but fully, fiercely alive.

By honoring our sensual nature, we integrate physical pleasure with emotional and spiritual well-being, fostering a holistic sense of self-acceptance and presence. Sacred sensuality encourages us to experience the world and ourselves with joy and depth, viewing our sensory experiences as sacred aspects of our being.
